We believe that our Original Roasted Fava Bean is a revolution in snacking and have created the Fava Boy and Fava Girl characters to represent our culture.
Fava Boy and Fava Girl showcase the adventurous, whimsical and health conscious side of the brand. Our Roasted Crunchy Fava Beans are hand-selected and hand-trimmed to form the fancy belt of the husk in the middle, which also aids in keeping the bean whole. The characters were designed wearing belts to exemplify the “Fancy Fava” personality.
Created by Designer, Illustrator and Fine Artist Henry Bosak, these fun characters you see on the web, merchandising, T-shirts and hats are only the beginning of a fun and engaging Fava Bean community. Art has always been a big part of Henry’s life as far back as he can remember. Graduating with honors from Southeast Community College with a degree in Commercial Art, Henry worked as an In-house Graphic Designer for Speedway Motors. For the past fifteen years, He has worked as a Freelance Artist at his home base has been in Arizona. Recently he has been a Juried Artist with Arizona Art Alliance and have shown his art in Catitude Gallery and Studio in Avondale, Arizona.

She is a member of both the Academy Nutrition & Dietetics and Commission of Dietetics, as well as, a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in New Hampshire.
